Terms & Conditions of Use

OhMyKids ("we", "platform") is an online child development monitoring service operated in Malaysia. The platform is accessible at parentapp-omega.vercel.app and related domains.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and OhMyKids. Continued use of the platform means you accept all terms stated herein.

• •You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account
• •You must be the parent, guardian, or legal custodian of any child whose profile you register
• •The information you provide during registration must be accurate and truthful
• •One account may only be held by one individual — sharing login credentials is not permitted

• •OhMyKids questionnaire results cannot be used as a diagnosis for any medical, psychological, or developmental condition
• •This platform is not a substitute for assessment by a certified psychologist, specialist doctor, counsellor, or other health professional
• •If you have concerns about your child's development, you must consult a qualified professional
• •OhMyKids is not responsible for any decisions made solely based on the results from this platform

• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
• •You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• •Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• •OhMyKids reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

• •Free for all: All features are provided at no cost — unlimited children, all questionnaires, all screenings, AI analysis. No paid plan required.
• •OhMyKids is supported through voluntary contributions from users who find the platform helpful
• •If the pricing model changes in the future, users will be given at least 30 days' notice via email
• •Voluntary contributions are non-refundable

• •All content on OhMyKids — including questionnaires, reports, design, and code — is the property of OhMyKids
• •You are not permitted to copy, modify, or distribute platform content without written permission
• •Reports generated for your child are for your personal use only

Your use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy which complies with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 Malaysia. By using OhMyKids, you consent to data processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are not permitted to use OhMyKids for:

• •Any activity that violates Malaysian law
• •Registering another person's child's information without consent from their parent / legal guardian
• •Sending harmful, obscene, or defamatory content
• •Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt platform operations
• •Using data obtained from the platform for commercial purposes without permission

OhMyKids is provided "as-is". To the extent permitted by Malaysian law:

• •We do not guarantee the platform is entirely free from interruption or error
• •We are not responsible for indirect losses, data loss, or decisions made based on platform information
• •Our maximum liability does not exceed the amount you have paid us in the last 3 months

Any dispute relating to the use of OhMyKids will be resolved in accordance with Malaysian law. The jurisdiction of Malaysian courts is final for all disputes relating to this service.

OhMyKids reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any significant amendments will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after amendments is deemed as acceptance of the new terms.
